08.01.2014 The learned counsel for the appellant has confirmed that the Award stands executed as stated by the learned counsel for the respondentand recorded in our previous order dated 06.01.2014. As mentioned in the previous orderthe decree in fact stood satisfied on 06.11.2013 when the counsel for the appellant was present before the Executing Court in Execution Petition No.149/2011.
In view of the foregoing, apart from the question of delay, the appeal is dismissed.
