JUDGMENT
1. Counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to the order dated 6.11.2013 passed in LPA No.767/2013 and LPA No.772/2013 directing the SDM to file an affidavit in compliance with the directions issued in the present proceedings on 14.8.2013, the SDM has filed an affidavit under index dated 8.1.2014, with an advance copy to him. He submits that in view of the fact that the affidavit has been filed by the SDM stating inter alia that he has re-examined the case, heard both the parties and dismissed the application of the respondent No.3 filed under Section 85 of the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954, nothing further survives in the present petitions.
2. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present writ petitions are disposed of. HIMA KOHLI, 3 JANUARY 09, 2014
