JUDGMENT
1. The only ground pleaded for transfer of the suit pending in Tis Hazari Courts to Saket Courts is ill health of the petitioner. By an administrative order, Hon’ble the Chief Justice has directed continuation of certain cases which have been filed up to a particular year in the same Courts in which they are filed, while other cases were transferred after bifurcation of Courts to the Courts having territorial jurisdiction, and which administrative decision was on account of requirement of equal distribution of works among the Courts. 2014:DHC:1251 Tr. P. No.120/2013
2. Merely on the ground that there is inconvenience to the petitioner the suit cannot be transferred more so because appearance in the Court would be at best once in a month or once in two months.
3. There is no merit in the petition and the same is therefore dismissed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
