JUDGMENT
1. Allowed subject to just exception.
2. The application stands disposed of. CM No. 33924/2018 (of the respondent for effacing the name of the parties from the uploaded judgment)
3. Considering the nature of the application and in view of the order dated 27th August, 2015 in CM (M) No. 821/2009 titled HK vs. PK, the application is allowed.
4. The names of the parties in the judgment dated 31st January, 2011 disposing of this appeal and subsequent order dated 11th March, 2014 be effaced from the said judgment and order and be substituted by ‘S’ for the appellant and ‘AC’ for the respondent. The modification be also made on the official website of Delhi High Court within 10 days.
5. The application is disposed of.
