JUDGMENT

1. After some hearing, Mr. Kalu Ram Verma, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to present this writ petition before the Armed Forces Tribunal[1] in view of the objection taken by the respondents that the lis is amenable to adjudication by the AFT.

2. Accordingly, we dispose of this writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to present this writ petition before the AFT which would deal with the petition treating it as an original application in accordance with law. “the AFT”, hereinafter W.P.(C) 4427/2025

3. The Registry is directed to return the papers to the petitioner so that the needful could be done.

4. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
