1. Vide the instant petition, petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner, which is pending for consideration for allotment of land in lieu of his land acquired through award no. 14 of 92-93 of Village Kilokri, New Delhi.

2. Ld. Counsel named above appeared on behalf of the respondent on advance notice submits that the application shall be decided by the respondent within four weeks under intimation to the petitioner.

3. Needless to state that if the petitioner still aggrieved with the decision of the respondent, he shall be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum. 2014:DHC:3215 W.P.(C)4227/2014

4. In view of above, instant petition is allowed.
