ORDER
1. The application is disposed of with the observations that parties to the settlement will be bound by the settlement agreement dated 18.1.2014. It is however clarified that no decree capable of execution is drawn. If there are any disputes between the parties underthe settlement agreement, any of the partiescan always file appropriate independent proceedings.
2. This application is disposed of in terms of the above observations as also the main petition will accordingly stand disposed of. The next date ie 8.1.2015 stands cancelled.
