JUDGMENT
1. This appeal has been filed against an ad interim order dated 16 January 2025 passed by the learned District Judge (Commercial Court, Saket) granting an ex parte ad interim injunction in CS (COMM) 15/2025.
C. HARI SHANKAR, J.
2. We are informed that the prayer for interim injunction is now listed before Commercial Courts on 29 March 2025. The impugned order has been passed more than two months prior today.
3. As such, instead of entering into the intricacies of the disputes, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this appeal with a direction to FAO (COMM) 83/2025 Commercial Court to decide the respondent / plaintiff prayer for interim injunction finally and to hear the arguments on the respondent’s prayer for interim injunction on 29 March 2025.
4. Both sides would place written submissions of their respective – stand before Commercial Courts on the said date.
5. We also request the learned Commercial Courts to pass orders on the said application as expeditiously as possible preferably within two weeks thereof.
6. Needless to say, either side would be aggrieved by the orders passed by the Commercial Courts, remedy is available in law shall stand reserve.
