JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Ramesh Singh, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners on instructions seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition as he submits that there are certain errors in the writ petition which have to be corrected and then he would file a fresh writ petition after correcting the said errors.

2. We have our doubts regarding maintainability of this writ petition before this court in view of the judgment of the Supreme W.P.(C) 3779/2025 Court of India in L. Chandra Kumar v UOI[1].

3. Nonetheless, in view of the request made, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
