2014:DHC:5512 LA.APP No.230/2014 Page 2 Upon hearing and perusal of record, this Court finds that the impugned order grants compensation at par with compensation granted to similarly situated persons in LA.APP No. 266/2008, Jai Singh Vs. Union of India & Anr., decided by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 23rd August, 2011.
In view of aforesaid, finding no palpable error in the impugned judgment, this appeal and application are dismissed with no order as to costs.
