JUDGMENT

1. After some hearing, Mr. Sureshan, learned Counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer, for the present, to prayer (c) in the writ petition, which seeks a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioners’ representations dated 14 February 2025, 16 February 2025, 3 March 2025 and 15 March 2025.

2. Mr. Jivesh Tiwari, learned CGSC for the respondent on instructions from SI Prahlad submits that the respondent needs two weeks to decide the said representations.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction W.P.(C) 3900/2025 to the respondent to take a decision on the petitioners’ representations dated 14 February 2025, 16 February 2025, 3 March 2025 and 15 March 2025 within a period of two weeks from today.
