ORDER
1. After arguments, this petition is disposed of with the consent order that petition is not pressed on merits but petitioner prays for and is granted time to vacate the suit premises on or before 31.10.2016 subject to the condition that petitioner will pay the entire admitted rent month by month till the petitioner occupies the suit/tenanted premises. If there are any arrears towards admitted rent, petitioner will clear the same within a period of two months from today. Petitioner will also pay all electricity and water charges with respect to the suit premises till the petitioner occupies the suit/tenanted premises. RCR 418/2013 page lof 2 2014:DHC:7508
2. Let the petitioner file an undertaking in terms of the present order within a period of two weeks from today and on the petitioner filing the undertaking and complying with the terms of the same, petitioner will not evicted from the suit premises till 31.10.2016.
