JUDGMENT
reserved.
This Court directs that respondents shall not issue any fresh Notification with regard to Nursery admissions till the judgment is pronounced because if any fresh Notification is issued today by the respondents, it would not only render the present writ petitions infructuous, but also render the entire exercise of hearing these matters at length futile.
It is also pertinent to mention that that the impugned Notifications issued last year with regard to Nursery Admissions were dated 18th December and 27th December, 2013. This Court intends to pronounce the judgment on or before 08th December, 2014 and is therefore, of the view that the aforesaid direction would not prejudice either of the parties.
