1. Vide instant petition the petitioner seeks following directions:

(i) directions, thereby directing the learned Revenue Assistant/Sub

Divisional Magistrate, Vasant Vihar, (District New Delhi), Kapeshera, New Delhi to adjudicate the matter in accordance with law.

(ii) to record the oral as well as documentary evidence in case

2014:DHC:6038 W.P.(C) No. 7835/2014 No.65/RA/2008 “Gaon Sabha Rajokari vs. M/s Sanraj Farms Private Limited”.

(iii) directing the Gaon Sabha to prove their reports dated 18.09.2008 and prove their allegations of alleged misuse of the land and non-user of the same in accordance with the provisions of DLR Act by the petitioner, in respect of its land bearing Khasra Nos.946 min (0-12), 947 min (0-12), 948 min (0-12) and 949 min (0-6), situated in the revenue estate village Rajokari, New Delhi.

2. Keeping in view the prayer noted above, the Revenue Assistant shall pass a final order after considering the application dated 10.09.2014 filed by the petitioner as per procedure, laws and the guidelines issued by the Government.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. The pending application also stands disposed of being infructuous.
