A decree of divorce by mutual consent is sought by the parties before trial court. The grievance of petitioner is that even on the next date of hearing i.e. on 24th December, 2014, the hearing before trial court may be got deferred for one reason or the other and the marriage proposal of the petitioner would be adversely affected by it.
In view of aforesaid, this petition is disposed of while making it
