& ors. Vs. Union of India, decided on 7th June, 2011.
Upon hearing and on perusal of the impugned judgment, I find that the learned Reference Court has rightly assessed the fair market value of the acquired land while relying upon a decision of this Court in Jagdeep
(supra) and there is no substance in this appeal.
Resultantly, this appeal and applications are dismissed.
