JUDGMENT
1. Mr. Birbal, learned counsel for the respondent/DDA states that the present petition ought not to have been filed in this Court as the DDA has been notified under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 and therefore the petitioner ought to have approached the Central Administrative Tribunal for appropriate relief.
2. In view of the aforesaid submission, counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, while reserving the right of the petitioner to file a petition for the relief as prayed herein, before the Tribunal.
3. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. HIMA KOHLI, J DECEMBER 10, 2014
