JUDGMENT

1. The present application has been filed by the petitioners seeking extensive amendments in the writ petition.

2. The writ petition is listed at the stage of admission and having regard to the number of amendments sought by the petitioners, it would virtually change the entire complexion of the pleadings.

3. Mr. G.D. Gupta, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioners state that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of the petitioners to file a fresh 2014:DHC:7001 W.P.(C) 6477/2014 petition on the same cause of action, by taking all the pleas that may be available to them, in accordance with law.

4. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending application.
