Accordingly, the application is allowed.
1. Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks setting aside the suspension order dated 11.12.2014 and prohibiting the respondent nos. 2 to 4 from taking any further actions against the petitioner. 2014:DHC:7215 W.P. (C) 8973/2014
2. Mr. Mariar Putham, Ld. Sr. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents noted above on advance notice submits that the suspension order dated 10.12.2014 has been withdrawn on 17.12.2014 and this fact has been conveyed to the petitioner.
3. In view of above, issue raised in the instant petition has become infructuous.
4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. CM. No.20518/2014 (for Stay) With the dismissal of the present petition, instant application has become infructuous and dismissed as such.
