JUDGMENT
1. On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the respondents had sought further time of four weeks for gazetting the Recruitment Rules in respect of the TGT(Special Educators). The notified Rules have not been placed on record.
2. Today, learned counsel for the respondents states that when the Rules were forwarded to the office of the Lt.Governor, Govt. of NCT of Delhi for approval, certain queries were raised and the file has been returned to the Law Department for issuing clarifications. He submits that necessary clarifications shall be given at the earliest and the file shall be returned to the office of Lt.Governor, Govt. of NCT of Delhi within one week from today whereafter, the process of notifying the Recruitment 2014:DHC:7226 W.P.(C) 1983/2013 Rules will take about four weeks’ time. He states that at the end of six weeks, he would in a position to file a copy of the notified Recruitment Rules, with a copy to the other side.
3. While binding the respondents to the aforesaid undertaking, the petition is disposed of along with pending application. Needless to state that if the respondents fail to make compliances, the petitioner shall be entitled to approach the court for appropriate relief. (HIMA KOHLI) DECEMBER 18, 2014 JUDGE mk
