ORDER

1. This appeal is directed against an order dated 21st April 2014 passed by learned Arbitrator in the application filed by the Appellants. By the said application, the Appellants sought dismissal of the claim petition on the ground that it was not duly supported by an affidavit of the authorise<.i"· representative ofthe Respondent.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the Court is of the view that the grounds urged by the Appellants can be raised at the appropriate stage in Arb.A. No. 230/2014 Page 10/2 2015:DHC:11780 the event ofchallenge, ifany, to the Award.

3. No ground is made out for interfering with the impugned order passed by the learned Arbitrator on 21 st April 2014.

4. The appeal is dismissed.
