JUDGMENT

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as the parties have arrived at an out of court settlement and pursuant thereto an application filed by the plaintiff for seeking withdrawal of the suit(IA No.570/2015) has been allowed, the petitioner does not wish to pursue the present contempt petition any further and seeks leave to withdraw the same.

2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
