During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner volunteered to pay?2 lacs to the complainant without prejudice and subject to future adjustment (if any). It is further contended that the petitioner and the complainant were known to each other prior to the incident and there is no truth complainant's version about payment of ?2 lacs to an unknown individual.
Without going into the merits of the case, considering the offer of the petitionerto pay ?2 lacs to the complainant withoutprejudice and subject to future adjustment (if any), the petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and

IPG registered at Police Station I.P.Estate, he be released on bail on his furnishing personalbond in the sum of ?50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that he shall join the investigation as and when required. The petitioner shall pay ?2,00,000/- by way of a demand draft in the name of the complainant through Investigating Officer within two weeks. This payment shall be without prejudice and subject to fixture adjustment(if any).
