ORDER
1. These petitions have been preferred under Section 438 Cr.P.C.to seek a direction that in case ofarrest,the petitioners shall be released on bail.
2. The submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that in the 2015:DHC:10554 FirstInformation Report(FIR),though the name ofthe petitioners had been disclosed,norole hasbeen assignedtothem. Hesubmitsthatthepetitioners have alreadyjoinedtheinvestigation and undertakethatinfutureas well,the petitionersshall continuetoremain availableforinvestigation.
3. The status report filed by the police shows that the petitioners were interrogated at length on 26.12.2014. The petitioners have stated during their investigation that they have no business terms with the main accused, namely Jagmohan Garg,and thatthey have nottaken any bale ofcloth from him.
4. In view ofthe aforesaid,the petitions are allowed. It is directed that in case oftheir arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon their furnishing personal bond in the sum ofRs.25,000/- each with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction ofthe Trial Court. The petitioners shall jointhe investigation as and when called upon bytheInvestigating Officer.
5. The petitions stand disposed ofin the aforesaid terms.
