07.01.2015 In the above captioned three applications, petitioners seek pre- arrest bail in FIR No. 314/2013, under Sections 468/471/420/474/
448/506/34 ofthe IPG, registered at police station Sangam Vihar, Delhi.
Learned counsel representing both sides submit that these petitions pertain to one FIR and the grounds on which pre-arrest bail is sought, are also identical. With the consent of counsel for parties, these petitions have been heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.
While entertaining these applications, interim protection was granted to petitioners vide order of 4^^ April, 2014, as petitioner- Vijay
Bhadana claimed to be the bona fide purchaser of the property in question. The FSL Report regarding the authenticity of the documents was awaited.
Mr. Naveen Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submits that the FSL Report received does not incriminate petitioners and that petitioners have already joined investigation inthis caseandinvestigation inthiscaseis almost complete.

Without commenting onthemerits ofthis case, interim order of 4^^
April, 2014 is made absolute. In the event of arrest, petitioners- Vijay
Bhadana, s/o Shri Kannad Singh; C.B. Bhardwaj @ Vinod Bhardwaj &
Smt. Seema Sharma, w/o Shri C.B. Bhardwaj, be released on bail on their furnishingbail bond in the sum of ?10,000/- each with one local surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer of this case.
The above captioned three applications are disposed of in aforesaid terms.
