After some arguments, counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw this appeal.
While permitting the appellant to withdraw the present appeal and considering the fact that the respondent in this case was earlierproceeded ex parte and later on ex parte proceedings were set aside against him, we direct
2015:DHC:11668-DB I the learned Trial Judge to make every effort to decide the divorce petition filed bythe appellant asexpeditiously as may be feasible keeping inview of the docket ofthe Court.
It is ordered accordingly.
