JUDGMENT
1. The prayer clause in this writ petition reads thus: “It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that your Lordships may graciously be pleased to issue directions or writ more than one in nature including Certiorari and Mandamus against the Respondent and that:-
(i) This Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the Respondents to supply complete copies of proceedings of the Court of Inquiry culminating in final order dated 14.02.2023 passed by the Respondent No. 3; in a time bound manner; and, in alternative
(ii) Direct the Respondent No. 2 to decide the application dated 01.03.2025 by way of a reasoned order in a time bound manner; and;
(iii) Award costs of litigation in favour of the Petitioner, and/or
(iv) Pass such other or further order or orders as this
2. Mr. Balendu Shekhar, learned CGSC for the respondents submits that documents sought in prayer clause (i) would be provided to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from today.
3. In that view of the matter, learned Counsel for the petitioner does not press prayer clause (ii), for the present.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to provide the documents in prayer clause (i) to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from today.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
