14.01.2015 The abovefnentioned two mattershave been filed forquashing ofFIR
Nos.964&965,bodiregistered on 4'^ October,2014,atPolice Station New
Usmanpiir,Delhi. Brieffacts are that a dispute arose on 4^ October,2014 between the parties;who are neighbourers. On the basis ofthe complaint
2015:DHC:10640 fe -J made by Shabnam Begum,the FIR No.964 was registered against Salim, under Sections 354/451/323/34 IPC. Salim also made a complaint against the husband of Shabnam Begum, namely Badshah Khan and her son
ShammiKhan,on the basis ofwhich the FIR No.965 wasregistered against them under Sections 323/324/452/34IPC.
The parties have settled their disputes amicably by virtue of compromise dated 3 January,2015. The parties are also present in Court who are duly identified by their respective counsel. They have confirmed the said settlement.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in order to maintain peace and harmony between the parties and in view of the averments made in the petitions as well as the settlement arrived at between the parties,the FIR Nos.964&965,both registered on 4"^ October,2014,at
Police Station New Usmanpur,Delhi and proceedings pursuant thereto are hereby quashed quathe petitioners.
The petitions are accordingly disposed of.
