CRL.M.A.14983/2014 (Condonation of delay)
This is an application filed by the petitioner under Section 482
Cr.P.C. for condonation of delay of 19 days in re-filing the present petition.
For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed andthe delayin re-filing the petition is condoned.

The petitioners have filed the present petition under Section
482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.334/2003 under Sections 498-
A/406/34IPC registered atP.S. Kirti Nagar, Delhi on the complaint of respondent No.2.
Brief facts ofthe case are that the marriage between petitioner

No.l and respondent No.2 was solemnized on 9^*^ May, 2002. Later on, respondent No.2 lodged a complaint against the petitioner No.l and his family members, on the basis of which the aforesaid FIR was registered on 6^^ August, 2003. During the pendency of the proceedings, petitioners and respondent No.2 have settled their disputes amicably. One of the terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties is that the petitioners shall pay Rs.80,000/- to the respondent No.2 in two instalments towards full and final settlement of all her claims.
PetitionerNo.l and Respondent No.2 are present in Court and are duly identified by their respective counsels. Respondent No.2 has confirmed the settlement as well as receiving the entire amount from petitioner No.l in terms thereof She has no objection if the prayer made in the petition is allowed.
The marriage between petitioner No.l and respondent No.2 has also been dissolved by virtue of a decree of divorce by mutual consent, dated 3'^'^ December, 2004. Copy ofthe said
