14.01.2015 The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under
Section 482 ofthe Code ofCriminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of
FIR No.475/2006, under Section 448/380/506/34 IPC, registered at
P.S. Prasad Nagar, Delhi on the complaint ofrespondent No.2.
Brief facts of the case are that Mr. R.P. Sharma, who is the landlord/owner filed apetition under Section 14 (l)(a) &(b) as well as under Section 14(l)(e) read with Section 25-B of Delhi Rent
Control Act against the petitioners, respondent No.2 and other family members in respect of Shop No.5/5211, Krishan Nagar, Ganga
Mandir Marg, Karol Bagh, New Delhi in the year 2006. The respondent No.2 Mr. Lokender Kumar, on account ofdifferences with the petitioners, got registered an FIR No.475/2006 P.S. Prasad Nagar, Delhi against the petitioners under Section 448/380/506/34 IPC
2015:DHC:10603 s The disputes between the parties have been resolved. The tenant has also handed over the possession of the said shop to the landlord/owner. In view ofthe settlement arrived between the parties, which was made by respondent No.2 before M.M.-Ol (Central), Tis
Hazari Courts, Delhi on 12 August, 2014 whereby he deposed that he has settled the matter with the petitioner, namely, Kamruddin and
Wakil Ahmed amicably and that he does not wish to pursue the matter and he has no grudge or any grievance against the petitioners.
In view of the statement made by respondent No.2 Mr. Lokender Kumar on 12"" August, 2014 before MM-01(Central), THC and the settlement arrived between the parties, the FIR No.475/2006, under Sections 448/380/506/34, registered at P.S. Prasad Nagar, Delhi and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom pending in the
Court of M.M.-Ol (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, are hereby quashedqua the petitioners.
The petition isaccordingly disposed of.
