JUDGMENT

1. Counsel for the plaintiff states on instructions from his client that he may be permitted to withdraw the present suit on account of the fact that there are number of errors in drafting the same. He, however, seeks leave to file a fresh suit for the same relief alongwith additional reliefs at a later stage.

2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The suit is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending application.

3. As and when the plaintiff files a fresh suit seeking appropriate relief, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
