JUDGMENT
1. Vide order dated 27.10.2014, learned Joint Registrar had recorded the submission of the counsel for the plaintiffs that the matter had been settled with the defendants and at her request, the matter was directed to be placed before the Court with liberty to the parties to file an application for withdrawal of the suit.
2. The plaintiffs have not filed any application for withdrawal of the suit. However, counsel for the plaintiff confirms the fact that the plaintiffs have arrived at an out of court settlement with the defendants and resultantly, they do not wish to pursue this suit.
3. In view of the statement made by the counsel for the plaintiffs that nothing further survives in the present suit in view of the CS(OS) 2242/2013 Page No.1 of 2 2015:DHC:178 settlement arrived at with the defendants, the same is disposed of, along with the pending application.
