16.01.2015 The learned counsel for the respondents state, on instructions, that in view of the National Capital Territory of Delhi Laws (Special Provisions)
Second (Amendment) Act, 2014, no demolition can be undertaken in respect of unauthorized construction carried out prior to 11.06.2014.
Respondents Petitioners In view of the above statement, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petitions with liberty to file afresh, if a cause so arises.
Dismissed as withdrawn withthe aforesaid liberty.
