JUDGMENT

1. Counsel for the Decree Holder states that pursuant to the order dated 9.9.2014, whereunder warrants of attachment in respect of Flat No.3/22, Pal Mohan Apartments, Club Road, Punjabi Bagh West, New Delhi, were issued for delivery to the Decree Holder in terms of the judgment and decree dated 1.10.2013, warrants of attachment stand executed and as per his instructions, possession of the subject property has been delivered to the Decree Holder. He submits that in view of the aforesaid position, judgment and decree stands satisfied and nothing further survives in the present petition. He further states that the remaining reliefs 2015:DHC:445 Ex.P.72/2014 claimed by the Decree Holder against the Judgment Debtor, are pending adjudication in the suit.
