ORDER
1. The order dated 11'*^ December 2014 ofthe learned Arbitrator taking on record the Memorandum Recording Terms of Compromise ('Memorandum') dated lO"^ December 2014 is placed on record. In terms of the said Memorandum, the Petitioner herein has agreed to pay the Respondent a sum of Rs. 20 lakhs and also agreed to withdraw its counter claims.
2. In that view of the matter, this appeal does not survive and it is disposed ofas such in terms ofthe Memorandum dated 10^*^ December 2014.
