19.01.2015 The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section

482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.575/2013, under Section 308/34 IPG, registered atP.S. BabaHaridasNagar, Delhi onthe complaintofrespondent No.2. Allthepartiesare identifiedbytheilrespectivecounsel. Brieffacts of the case are that on 2E^ September, 2014 at about 8.15 pm a brawl took place at Dhansa Road wherein petitioner No.3 hit the respondent No.2/complainant on his head with his taraju when he tried to interfere between them due to which blood started flowing from his head. After sometime petitioner No.3 called his 3-4 fi-iends and they gave merciless beatings to the petitioners. On the complaint of respondent No.3 the abovesaid FIR was registered against the petitioners. During the 2015:DHC:10643 A pendency of the proceedings petitioner No.l got anticipatory bail and petitioners No.2 and 3 were granted regular bail. Thereafter due to intervention of common friends and well wishers of both the parties, the dispute between the parties was amicably settled by way of acompromise- cum-settlement deed dated 3'"'' January, 2015 The compromise-cum-settlement is placed on record which is duly signed by the petitioners as well as respondents No.2 to 4. All the parties are present. Identification proofs in respect of them are also placed on record. Considering all the facts and circumstances coupled with the fact that all the parties are present in person, the FIR No.575/2013 under Section 308/34 IPG, registered at P.S. Baba Haridas Nagar, Delhi in question is quashed. However, the petitioners are burdened with cost ofRs.1000/- each with Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre within four weeks from today. Dasti. JANUARY 19,2015/sa 2015:DHC:10643
