482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.233/1999, under Section 406/498-A/34 IPC, registered at P.S. Seelampur, Delhi on the complaint of respondent No.2. All the petitioners and respondent No.2 who are present in the Court are identified by learned counsel for the petitioners. Brief facts of the case are that the petitioner No.2 and respondent No.2 got married on 22nd November, 1996. Due to temperamental differences the respondent No.2 left her matrimonial home and started living with her parents since November, 1998. On the basis of the complaint the abovesaid FIR was filed against the petitioners on 3 1st March, 1999. In the year 2003 the dispute between them were resolved as the petitioner No.2 and respondent No.2 have amicably settled their disputes and now they are residing together. All the petitioners are present. The petitioner No.2 and 2015:DHC:10627 El N respondent No.2 have confirmed that they are living happily for the last 11 years. Respondent No.2 is present in Court. The respondent No.2 further states that she has now no grievance left against the petitioners and she wishes to withdraw the complaint filed by her against the petitioners. Counsel for the State has no objection to the same. In view of the settlement, the FIR No.233/1999, under Section 406/498-A/34 IPC, registered at P.S. Seelampur, Delhi and proceedings pursuant thereto are hereby quashed qua the petitioners. The petition is accordingly disposed of. I.L' '^ JANUARY 19, 20151sa 2015:DHC:10627
