The above captioned two applications for pre-arrest bail arise out of one FIR i.e. FIR No.448/2013 under Sections 420/468/471 registered
2015:DHC:520 BAIL APPLNs. 1709 & 1769 of 2014 Page 2 at P.S. Nangloi, Delhi.
Since the above captioned two applications pertain to one FIR, therefore, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, both these applications were heard together and by this common judgment, they are being disposed of together.
While entertaining these applications, interim protection was granted to petitioners vide order of 11th September, 2014 and the status report was called for.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submits that petitioners have joined investigation and the charge-sheet has been filed qua the co-accused of petitioners and the charge-sheet against petitioners would be also filed soon.
Upon hearing and on perusal of the FIR of this case and the status report filed, while not commenting upon merits of this case, interim order of is made absolute. In the event of arrest, petitioners-Naveen Kumar S/o late Sh. Jagdish Rai and Karamvir Singh S/o Sh. Parmanand be admitted to bail, subject to their furnishing bail bond in the sum of `25,000/- each with one local surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of
Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer.
Both these applications are accordingly disposed of.
