Mr. Ankur Chhibber, learned Counsel for the petitioner points out that the petitioner in WP (C) 2890/2020 was subsequently compulsorily retired from service and that the said decision was also challenged by the petitioner before this Court by way of WP (C) 8906/2022 which stands disposed of by judgment dated 13 March

2024.
