ORDER o/o 27.01.2015 Files are taken up today, as 23"^^ January, 2015 was declared aholiday.
In the above captioned two petitions, quashing ofFIR No.166/2001 under Sections 420/468/471/120-B of IPG registered at P.S. Sarita Vihar, CRL.M.C. 5103/2014 &53/2015 - ^
2015:DHC:10677 New Delhi is sought. Quashing oforders under Section 82 and 83 ofCr.P.C. is also sought.
With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, both these petitions are being heard together and by this common order, they are being disposed ofas they are based on same facts and pertain to one same FIR.
Upon hearing and on perusal ofthe FIR in question and the impugned orders, I find that no ground for quashing of the FIR and the impugned orders is made out. However, in the facts and circumstances of the case, the proceedings under Sections 82 &83 ofCr.P.C. against petitioners shall come to an end upon petitioners depositing the cost of?20,000/- in each ofthese two petitions with the Prime Minister's Relief Fund within two weeks from today.
With aforesaid directions, these two petitions are disposed of. Upon petitioners appearing before the trial court with the receipt of deposit of aforesaid cost, thebail-bonds ofpetitioners shall stand restored.
