471/120B/34 IPG registered at Police Station Nihar Vihar, Delhi is sought in this petition on the basis of affidavits of respondents No. 2
& 3, who are the complainant-party.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State submits that in view of affidavits of respondents No.2 & 3, supplementary statements would be recorded by the Investigating Officer of this case and thereafter investigationofthis FIR be completed within a period of 12 weeks.
