Matter is taken up today as 23*^*^ January, 2015 was declared holiday.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that main allegations of fraud are against the husband of petitioner, namely, Mr. Sudhir Bajaj.
Property is in the name ofMr. Sudhir Bajaj. Agreement to Sell is also stated to be executed by Mr. Sudhir Bajaj. Petitioner's name has been included in the FIR by the complainant even though she had not accepted any money from the complainant nor executed any document. Learned APP submits thatpetitioner had colludedwith herhusband and was present along with her husbandthroughout the deal.
Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that m
2015:DHC:10560 case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ?25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand
Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Investigating
Officer/Arresting Officer/Station House Officer of the concerned Police
Station. However, petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when she is called upon to do so.
