The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.367/13 under
Section 498-A/406/34 IPG registered at Police Station Tilak Nagar. Status
0 report has been filed. Itis taken on record.
By order dated 12.09.2014, the petitioner was granted interim protection on his depositing ^5 lacs before the Registrar General of this
Court. By order dated 10.11.2014, the said amount of^5 lacs along with interest accrued deposited with the Registrar General of this Court was directed to behanded over tothecomplainant onherfurnishing indemnity

2015:DHC:10558 bond. Admittedly, the said amount has since been released to the complainant. The petitioner has joined the investigation. The interim measures pursuant to order dated 10.11.2014 were valid till the next date of hearing, i.e.23.01.2015.
Considering all these facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest, he be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ^50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the
SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that he shall join the investigation as and when required.
The bail application stands disposed of.
