Prashant Vihar, Delhi is sought in this petition.
Upon hearing and on perusal of status report filed, I find that recording of prosecution evidence is almost complete. At this fag end of trial, this Court is not inclined to cancel bail granted to respondents-accused.
This petition is dismissedwhile not commenting upon merits of this case, lest it may prejudice either side at trial.
