JUDGMENT

1. Pursuant to the order dated 14.01.2015, counsel for the plaintiff states that she has obtained instructions to the effect that her client does not wish to pursue the present suit any further. She, however, submits that liberty may be granted to the plaintiff to approach the office bearers of the Managing Committee of the defendant No.1/Club with regard to proper maintenance of the electoral rolls in the future.

2. Mr. Gupta, learned counsel for the defendant No.1 states that the plaintiff himself is a Patron of the defendant No.1/Club and even prior hereto, in terms of the order dated 09.10.2014, the grievances raised by the plaintiff were duly redressed by the defendant No.1/Club when he 2015:DHC:649 CS(OS) 3079/2014 had approached the Managing Committee on 10.10.2014. He submits that in any case, if any further grievance subsists, the plaintiff is at liberty to approach the office bearers of the Managing Committee of the defendant No.1/Club who shall examine the same and take necessary steps, in accordance with law.
