These are two petitions filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of two FIRs, i.e. (i) bearing No.210/2014 under Sections 451/323/34 IPG, registered atPS Mayur Vihar Phase-I, Delhi on the complaint ofrespondent
No.2 in Crl. M.C. No.5590/2014, and (ii) bearing No.652/2014 under
Sections 308/452/323/506/34 IPC, registered at PS Mayur Vihar Phase-I, Delhi on the complaint ofrespondentNo.2 in Crl. M.C. No.5592/2014.
Brief facts of the case are that a quarrel took place between the petitioners and respondent No.2 and on the basis ofthe complaints made by the injured, the above said two FIRs were registered. During the pendency of the proceedings, a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioners and respondent No.2 in both the petitions, which was arrived at before the
Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi on 22"^^ November,
ORDER

2014. The parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement. All the petitioners as well as respondent No.2 are present in Court who are duly identified by the counsel. Respondent No.2/complainants in both the matters have confirmed the settlement. They have no objection if the prayers made in the petitions are allowed. In view of the averments made in the petitions as well as the settlement arrived at between the parties, both the FIRs, i.e. (i) bearing No.210/2014 under Sections 451/323/34 IPC, registered at PS Mayur Vihar Phase-I, Delhi, and (ii) bearing No.652/2014 under Sections 308/452/323/506/34 IPG, registered at PS Mayur Vihar Phase-I, Delhi and proceedings pursuant thereto are hereby quashed qua the petitioners. Thepetitions are accordingly disposed of.
