ORDER
1. These cases are disposedofwith the consent order that so far as benefits which will accrue to the petitioners in terms of the Sixth Pay Commission report and ckcular of the Director of Education dated 11.2.2009 is concerned, petitioners if not already paid the benefits, will be paid benefits in terms of the circular of the Director of Education dated 11.2.2009 within three months. If the petitioners seek any other monetary emoluments as per any other extant rules/circulars/guidelines etc, petitioners can plead a specific cause of action with respect to specific rule giving detailed facts as to how and for which period petitioners are entitled to the amounts claimed, the head under which the amount is claimed etc etc, and then petitioners can file appropriate independent writ petitions in accordance with lawandfor which liberty is given.
