03.02.2015 Counsel appearing on behalf of the parties submit that the inter se disputes between the parties have now been settled and the terms of settlement have been written down in the order dated 28^^ January 2015 passed in Crl. Rev. P. No.605/2012, titled as Naveen Kumar Yadav vs.
Saroj Bala, which was preferred by the respondent challenging the order of maintenance.
Counsel for both the parties submit that in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties in Crl. Rev. P. No.605/2012, both the parties will be filing a joint petition for seeking divorce and also seek permission to
