ORDER

1. Pending hearing of the two writ petitions filed by the appellants the learned Single Judge has directed that the amount as per the awards 2015:DHC:11577-DB impugned by the appellants before learned Single Judge concerning back wages becomplied with by the appellants by depositing the amount with the be released to the workmen.

2. Issuing notice in the appeals on September 08, 2014 it was directed that the amount deposited except ?15,000/- (towards litigation expenses) be not released to the workmen.

3. In our opinion the two appeals need to be disposed of directing that the amount deposited by the appellants except ?15,000/- be kept in a fixed deposit and for which the learned Single Judge would pass necessary orders when the writ petitions are decided. Needless to state depending upon the final view inthe writpetitions it would then depend whether the amount has to be returned to the appellants or paid over to the workmen.

4. So directing the appeals are disposed of

5. No costs. CM No.14866/2014 in LPA 591/2014 CM No.14868/2014 in LPA 592/2014 Dismissed as infructuous.
