On the last date of hearing, a direction was given by this Court for the personalappearance of both the parties.
Learned counsel for the appellantsubmitsthat the appellant is a handicapped lady and remains on wheel chair. Therefore, she could not enter her appearance today. The respondent is present in Court along with his counsel.
Counsel for the parties submit that both the parties have settled all their disputes in terms of a Settlement Agreement dated 19^^
January, 2015 arrived at between them before the Mediation and
Conciliation Centre ofthis Court.
Counsel also submit that with the said Settlement Agreement entered into between the parties, they are left with no further claims
2015:DHC:11613-DB and demands against each other and all the disputes and differences stand amicably settled between them.
Learned counsel for the parties have gone through the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 19^"^ January, 2015 and the same is duly signed by both the parties and also witnessed by their respective counsel.
The Settlement Agreement dated 19^^ January, 2015 is Ex. C-1.
Both the parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions ofthe
Settlement Agreement Ex. C-1 and shall not deviate therefrom under any circumstance.
In the light of the Settlement Agreement arrived at between the parties, the present appeal does not survive for adjudication.
